Jad Bakieh

Jad Bakieh is a Syrian-Canadian who specializes in Artificial Intelligence and Biomedical Systems, bringing emerging solutions to complex challenges in healthcare and smart wearable technology. He earned his MasterÕs degree in the field of Machine Learning from the University of Western Ontario, where he developed in-depth knowledge in applying AI technologies to biomedical systems. Jad is now focused on developing portable smart wearable devices aimed at improving patientsÕ mental and physical health. His goals include designing smart wrist bands or smart rings that integrate sensors such as EDA, PPG, and SKT sensors to collect physiological data on mental states, thereby aiding in the prediction and diagnostics of stress-induced symptoms and illnesses.
